Your Role: Veterans' Rights Attorney
As a Veterans' Rights Attorney, you will be an advocate for those who served, helping veterans secure the benefits they deserve and navigate legal challenges affecting their well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Veterans in obtaining Veterans Benefits
Handle discharge upgrades, housing issues, family matters, and civil cases
Manage a large caseload while providing compassionate, effective representation
Work independently and collaboratively with attorneys, support staff, and community partners
Advocate for Veterans navigating civil and administrative legal challenges
Be a voice for justice in the community
Requirements
Active membership in the Florida State Bar
Experience providing civil and administrative legal services to veterans
Background handling Veterans Benefits, Family Law, and Housing issues preferred
Prior experience serving low-income communities is a bonus
