Role Description:
Experienced Account Manager to join our growing Healthcare Division. The successful candidate will manage and develop client relationships within the healthcare industry. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare IT landscape, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing client accounts.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in healthcare sales or account management.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare IT landscape.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.

Preferred:
  • IT or Health Care Staffing Solutions. (Contract or Direct Placement)
