Role Description:
Experienced Account Manager to join our growing Healthcare Division. The successful candidate will manage and develop client relationships within the healthcare industry. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare IT landscape, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing client accounts.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in healthcare sales or account management.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare IT landscape.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Preferred:
- IT or Health Care Staffing Solutions. (Contract or Direct Placement)
