We seek a driven and results-oriented Jr. Business Development Specialist - IT Staffing division to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be key in building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and exceeding sales targets. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop skills within a supportive and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their trusted advisor and understanding their evolving business needs.
  • Business Development : Cold Calling , proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts and through targeted prospecting efforts.
  • Solution Selling : Present and effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT solutions to clients, tailoring your approach to their specific requirements.
  • Client Support : Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects and services to clients.
  • Sales Process : Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Data Management : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and key performance indicators (KPIs) within our CRM system.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 1-year experience in "new business development" staffing services (IT preferred)
  • Experience and comfortability in cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation.
  • Demonstrating a strong work ethic, a results-oriented mindset, and a desire to exceed targets.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, build rapport with clients, and present information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to analyze client needs, identify potential challenges, and develop creative solutions to overcome obstacles.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed individual who desires to succeed in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to support colleagues.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Prior experience in the IT industry, particularly in staffing solutions or technology sales, is highly preferred.
