We seek a driven and results-oriented Jr. Business Development Specialist - IT Staffing division to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be key in building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and exceeding sales targets. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop skills within a supportive and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their trusted advisor and understanding their evolving business needs.
- Business Development : Cold Calling , proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts and through targeted prospecting efforts.
- Solution Selling : Present and effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT solutions to clients, tailoring your approach to their specific requirements.
- Client Support : Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects and services to clients.
- Sales Process : Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Data Management : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and key performance indicators (KPIs) within our CRM system.
