What we are looking for:
A driven and mission-focused IT QA Program Manager to uphold and advance quality standards across the product lifecycle, from initial development to final delivery. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, fostering innovation and excellence in quality management while partnering with Product Delivery and Engineering teams to align quality objectives with organizational goals.

- At least 5 years in Quality Assurance, with 2 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering/IT or equivalent experience
- Strong familiarity in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, Cypress)
- Familiarity with programming languages like PHP, Python, and C# and version control systems like Git
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong QA process champion with experience leading with influence
- ISTQB or equivalent QA certifications a plus
- Project team lead experience in Agile-like and Waterfall environments
- This is a remote/work from home position in the US with a 5% travel component
