Responsibilities:

**Cleaning Residential, Commercial and Vacation Rental Properties throughout the Shenandoah Valley (from Winchester to Harrisonburg)

- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors

- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors

- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways and lobbies

- Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas

- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

Skills:

- Attention to detail: Ability to notice and address small details to ensure a clean and tidy environment

- Time management: Efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes

- Physical stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time

- Teamwork: Collaborate with other cleaners to ensure all tasks are completed effectively

- Communication: Ability to communicate with supervisors or team members regarding any issues or concerns
