This is perfect for someone needing to make extra money working part-time. We are looking for a Cleaner to carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep the building in a clean and orderly condition.
The location is off Lynch Drive in North Little Rock with zip code 72117.
This is a 1099 position.
Responsibilities
- Must be able to operate a forklift - do not apply if you have never operated a forklift. Certificate not required.
- Routinely organizing and cleaning warehouse
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities as needed
- Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
- Must have transportation to and from work
- Monday- Wednesday, 10am - 2pm
Skills
- Proven working experience as a cleaner
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
- Forklift experience - 1yr or more
- Integrity
- High school degree
