The Entry Level Assistant Manager will be responsible for learning and executing functional knowledge obtained from each of the operational areas of the organization. During this rotational program, the Entry Level Assistant Manager will obtain the necessary skills and competencies to effectively perform a variety of operational and support functions and will be considered for management opportunities within the organization.

As an Entry Level Assistant Manager you will:
- Obtain and demonstrate knowledge of all client products and services and be able to simplify costs and benefits to customers through interactive presentations
- Learn and master the operational and support processes critical to customer acquisition and retention
- Demonstrate the ability to convey your knowledge to team members and train them to be competent in sales, territory management, and operational support
- Provide feedback on sales campaign performance and development and give suggestions for increased business performance
- Set follow-up calls with customers to ensure service levels and satisfaction
- Evaluate your team on all areas of the customer life cycle
Entry Level Assistant Manager Desired Qualifications:
- Strong public speaking skills and effective communication skills
- Outgoing and inclined to build relationships with a variety of demographics in the customer base
- Natural mentor and leader with the inherent drive to help others succeed
- College degree preferred or 2 years in a customer-facing position with a leadership role
- Flexibility of schedule and the ability to travel on an as-needed basis
This is a performance-based position with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions. Average annual earnings range between $42,000-$52,000 per year for standard performance. Top earners range between $55,000-$65,000 per year.
