Entry Level Client Support

Pristine Connections has recently expanded to the Fairfield area and is looking for the next great addition to our Client Services team. Our firm specializes in conceiving unmatched customer experiences and enhancing our client’s brand awareness. Business is booming, and we need individuals with superior communication, problem-solving, and people skills to be a part of our entry-level Client Sales Associate team. Our entry-level Client Support are at the forefront of our consumer communications and play an integral role in our overall success.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Client Support:

• Regularly follow up with select customers and ensure any questions or concerns are adequately addressed
• Train directly with seasoned Client Support Associates and our management staff to develop best practices and master the basics of the entry-level role
• Master all client product knowledge to be able to educate consumers and suggest products and/or services that meet their needs and wants
• Use our POS system to build up consumer/service product packages and close sales when needed
• Display mastery of the entry-level Client Support position by training newer representatives and team members
• Attend and participate in daily team meetings and contribute ideas towards bettering customer service efforts

Requirements of the Entry Level Client Support:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or other related fields is preferred, but not required
• At least 1-2 years of experience working in customer service or different consumer-facing environment
• Proficient communication skills to communicate effectively with consumers as well as internally with the team
• Must possess a student mentality to receive proper training and succeed within the role of the Entry Level Client Support Associate

This is a performance-based position with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions. Average annual earnings range between $42,000-$52,000 per year for standard performance. Top earners range between $55,000-$65,000 per year.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Hackensack, NJ: Relocate before starting work (Required)
