Key Responsibilities:
- Perform window cleaning services for new construction buildings, ensuring spotless results on both interior and exterior windows.
- Use pressure washing equipment to clean exteriors, sidewalks, driveways, and other surfaces as needed.
- Safely operate pressure washing equipment and adhere to all safety standards and procedures.
- Inspect and prepare job sites to ensure they are clean, safe, and organized.
- Remove construction debris, dust, and other materials from windows and exterior surfaces.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after each use.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with clients and other team members.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in window cleaning and pressure washing is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work.
- Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
