Role Description
We are seeking out individuals with a team of 3, 4 or more. We are seeking experienced commercial cleaners who we can offer very competitive rates.We are looking for candidates that are seeking long term employment opportunities that want to learn and grow with the company as we continue to expand our markets.This job will require you to travel to different locations so having a car is a must. As a Cleaning Subcontractor Team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients in Columbus and the surrounding areas.
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial and residential cleaning
- Ability to lead and manage a team of cleaners effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Reliable transportation to travel to different cleaning sites
- Certification in cleaning services is a plus
- Candidates should have a positive attitude and be seeking stable, long-term employment
- Friendly demeanor and driven to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Must have a smartphone to be able to use an application for scheduling and your time sheet.
Salary : $20 - $30
