POSITION SUMMARY
As a Maintenance Technician at Pristine Properties Vacation Rentals, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of vacation rental properties in the beautiful Port St. Joe area. The ideal candidate will be a skilled problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work. Your expertise in a wide range of repair and installation tasks will be crucial in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete maintenance tasks and projects, traveling between multiple worksites each day.

Respond to guest issue regarding maintenance, as needed including but not limited to:

Appliance repair and installation

Basic HVAC repair
-
Plumbing
-
Basic electrical knowledge.

Paint, clean, and troubleshoot repairs inside homes.

Drywall, and basic carpentry skills.

Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with team members and management team and assist the team when necessary.

Assist with ground maintenance and upkeep.

Handle on-call responsibilities for after hour's emergencies on a rotating basis

Ensure follow through on assigned maintenance tasks using in-house assignment system and respond to time-sensitive maintenance needs
QUALIFICATIONS

Reliable transportation to and from work

Previous experience with broad range of home repairs
