Company Description
We are a full service company that is targeting mostly roofing, siding and gutter sales, but we also have 3 other companies we can refer work to that can take care of almost everything inside and out of a house so that our costumers don't have to find different people to trust for the projects they have. We are looking to grow this to a multi location company all over Texas over the next ten years and need a manager that can help us get there.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager at Pristine Roofing and Outdoor Services. The role is located in Allen, TX . The Sales Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective sales strategies and hiring.
This is not a 9-5 job it will be leading and training a sales team and a bit of sales and being in the field showing hands on the sales guys how to do it right.
We have a very UNIQUE way of getting LEADS consistently that no one else has that will make us able to grow better and quicker the the rest that we can go over in the interview.
Qualifications
- Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies
- Knowledge of the roofing and outdoor services industry is a MUST
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- 3 years or more of sales and at least 1 year of management
Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
