Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at Pristine Roofing and Outdoor Services. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role is located in Allen, TX. Bonus if you have experience in remodeling as well.
We also have a unique way to pick up alot of leads organically that gives us a huge advantage over other roofing companies. This job will require sales as well as training new sales team and building it up to 10 this year.
Qualifications
- Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Experience in developing sales strategies and meeting targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of roofing or outdoor services industry is a plus
- Previous experience in roofing is required and must of proven track record to be considered
Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
