Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated person with an eye for detail to join our team. You must be able to accommodate the customer as this is a daytime position and will be working around customers personal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities. This is a W2 position and is paid weekly. Work hours are Monday - Friday 4.30pm-8.00pm and is 17.50 hours a week.
Duties:
- Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming floors
- Maintain and stock cleaning supplies
- Ensure all areas are kept clean and sanitized
- Handle waste disposal and recycling
- Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed
- Assist with setting up for events or meetings
Skills:
- Experience in industrial cleaning and floor care
- Be reliable and on time
- Must have own reliable vehicle
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must be able to work either independently or as part of a team
- Professional attitude
- Self motivated and productive
- Good communication skills
