Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment as per established protocols.
- Dispose of waste materials in accordance with safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is an advantage.
