Cleaning Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
• Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with clients and team members.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
• Must be able to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed, including weekends if required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 6 per week
