Cleaning Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and safe for clients and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces as required.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and hygiene.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards work.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility in scheduling availability is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.79 - $14.68 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 6 per week
