Cleaning Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming. This role is essential in providing a safe and pleasant atmosphere for both clients and staff.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Manage time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled shifts.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or post-event clean-up.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina; must be able to stand, bend, and lift items as needed throughout the shift.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude towards work.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.50 - $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 6 per week

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Night shift
