Cleaning Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment according to established protocols.
• Dispose of waste materials in accordance with safety regulations.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.81 - $14.69 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
