Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing surfaces to ensure cleanliness and shine.
- Execute custodial duties such as waste disposal, dusting surfaces, and sanitizing high-touch areas.
- Assist with residential painting projects when required to enhance the appearance of facilities.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any issues or repairs needed in the cleaning areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness and safety while adhering to established protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with floor care practices including buffing and maintenance is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina; must be able to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
