We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks in residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
- Execute floor care responsibilities such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine conditions.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met consistently.
- Assist with any additional housekeeping management tasks as required by the client.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products used in residential settings.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- A willingness to learn new skills related to housekeeping management and specialized cleaning techniques.
- Previous experience in cooking or meal preparation is a plus but not required.
