Inside Sales and Rental Specialist

Pristows Equipment Group is seeking an inside sales and rental specialist for their Kubota dealership in Johnstown, PA. Earn $50,000 to $70,000 in your first year working in a fast-paced environment renting construction and heavy equipment and selling grounds maintenance equipment from top brands like Kubota, Badboy, Toro, and more. Additionally, you'll sell and rent JLG lifts, Wacker-Neuson light compaction equipment, and Stihl handheld equipment. Great earning potential with no limit on commission. Some of the responsibilities include:

• waiting on sales and rental customers
• managing delivery schedule
• generating and progressing sales/rental leads
• contacting existing customers and maintaining customer satisfaction for long-term relationships
• determining customers' needs to provide the right equipment for their jobs
• explaining financing, insurance and extended warranty options
• doing demonstrations
• maintaining market share goals
• valuating trade-in equipment
• managing inventory and ordering product
• attending training seminars and on-line universities
• working Saturdays

The successful candidate must have:

- 2 years selling experience.

- Experience with agricultural and/or construction equipment.

The successful candidate is preferred to have:

- Direct experience with equipment sales or rentals.

- Working knowledge of construction and landscaping industries.
