Logistics Manager
The Logistics Manager will support and manage the logistics processes for Pritchard Financial. Responsibilities include ensuring the supply chain is efficient and effective throughout the organization. The Manager will organize, store and monitor distribution to ensure vehicles are in the appropriate locations.
Reporting Structure:
Reports to Director of Fleet Services
Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and customer services.
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
- Negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and customers.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transportation costs and efficiency.
- Plan routes and process shipments.
- Resolve complaints.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement process improvement.
- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
- Proven working experience as Logistics Manager
- Ability to lead and manage staff
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team while handling multiple projects
- Extremely detail oriented and organized
- Strong computer skills including experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and web-based applications
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information properly
