Position Overview:
As a Technician C at Pritchard Family Auto Stores, you will perform routine maintenance and basic automotive repairs, working alongside experienced technicians to grow your technical abilities. You will handle light-duty maintenance tasks such as brake repairs, parts replacement, and more, all while upholding the quality service we are known for. This position offers an opportunity for growth through OEM training and on-the-job training, while contributing to the overall success of the service department by delivering exceptional results and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform light-duty maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake repairs, and fluid checks.
• Upsell additional services and parts to meet customer needs.
• Replace parts as needed, ensuring the highest level of workmanship.
• Complete routine vehicle inspections and provide detailed assessments to customers.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with the service team and customers.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure vehicles meet all manufacturer and industry standards.
• Participate in OEM training to expand technical skills and stay current with automotive technology.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Be self-motivated and willing to learn and develop new skills to advance in your career.
• Additional duties as requested.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Basic automotive repair knowledge and a strong desire to grow technical expertise.
• Must have and provide your own tools for the job.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Previous experience in an automotive repair or maintenance role is preferred.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
