Technician B
The Technician B is responsible for performing diagnostics, completing intermediate maintenance tasks, and working with advanced OEM training. A critical role in providing high-quality automotive service and repair to our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on a wide range of vehicles
- Conduct intermediate maintenance and repair tasks according to OEM standards
- Maintain productivity and meet service requirements
- Adapt to changing technologies and processes in the automotive industry
- Communicate effectively with the service team and customers to provide updates and recommendations
- Solve complex automotive problems and provide long-term solutions for customer satisfaction
- Maintain adherence to OEM training and resources to ensure all repairs are done accurately and efficiently
- Commit to continuous training to achieve the highest level of certification and expertise
- Operate diagnostic and repair software and systems with efficiency and accuracy
- Additional duties as assigned.

Ideal Skills & Experience
- Intermediate knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and maintenance
- Bring personal tools necessary for the job
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Proficiency in computer skills and automotive diagnostic software
- Must have personal tools for the job
- Willingness to complete ongoing OEM and ASE certifications
- Self-motivated and dedicated to providing excellent customer service
