Service Advisor
The Service Advisor you are the liaison between our customers and our skilled technicians, you will ensure that customer needs are met with professionalism, from scheduling maintenance and repairs to upselling services that add value.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact between customers and the service department, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction at every step.
- Clearly explain maintenance needs, repairs, and options to customers, providing transparent pricing and ensuring they understand the services recommended.
- Identify and recommend additional services and products that benefit the customer, maximizing revenue while ensuring the vehicle’s longevity and performance.
- Accurately document customer concerns, service orders, repairs, and updates using the dealership’s systems. Handle all Repair Orders and warranty processes efficiently.
- Schedule service appointments, ensuring optimal workflow and timely delivery of services.
- Stay current with all OEM training and dealership systems, ensuring you can provide informed guidance on vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Act as an informal leader within the service team, assisting in training and mentoring junior team members when needed.
- Assist with customer transportation services when needed, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience.
- Additional duties as requested.

Ideal Skills & Experience
- Strong organizational and sales skills with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in using dealership software and systems for scheduling, documentation, and communication.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry or transportation services is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
