Sales Consultant - Rental

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Part-Time Seasonal Rental Sales Consultant to assist customers with rental reservations, contracts, and inquiries while delivering exceptional service. You will help customers select rentals that fit their needs, explain rental policies, and ensure equipment is properly maintained and ready for use.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the best rental options based on their needs and preferences.
• Answer questions about rental pricing, availability, and policies.
• Explain rental contracts, terms, and payment processes clearly.
• Provide instructions on the safe and proper operation of rentals.
• Inspect and maintain rental equipment before and after use to ensure it is in good condition.
• Promote additional rental services and products as needed.
• Maintain a clean and professional rental presentation area.
• Adapt to changing daily responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to adjust responsibilities based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
