As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking dedicated Assistant Airport Site Managers to join our team at the Orlando International Airport.
The Assistant Airport Site Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the janitorial maintenance operations at the airport. The position will report directly to the Site Manager. Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team. Second shift : 2 : 00 pm - 10 : 30 pm EDT. Bilingual : English and Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all janitorial maintenance activities at the airport.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of janitorial staff, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the airport.
- Train and mentor janitorial staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handle any issues or complaints related to janitorial services, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Perform the duties of the Site Manager and Supervisors when necessary.
