Sunshine Cleaning Systems, a Pritchard Industries Company, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Airport Site Manager to join our team at Charlotte Douglas International Airport. The airport is a 24-hour operation. The Assistant Airport Site Manager will be responsible for assisting the Site Manager in overseeing janitorial maintenance operations at the airport within Terminal A. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required - on any of the three shifts.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all janitorial maintenance activities at the airport.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of janitorial staff to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet required standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the airport.
- Train and mentor janitorial staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to janitorial services promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Fill in for the Site Manager and Supervisors when necessary.
