Job Description
As a Building Maintenance Specialist, you will perform various tasks including but not limited to:
- Performing building maintenance duties such as cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping floors
- Dusting and cleaning offices, classrooms, break rooms, and restrooms
- Removing trash and recyclables from facilities
- Setting up and breaking down events
Additionally, you will be responsible for following instructions from supervisors and completing tasks effectively. Prior cleaning experience is a plus, and you must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
