Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, schedule, train, assign, and perform daily work routines for janitorial staff.
- Plan and execute major cleaning operations, supervising and coordinating work projects with clients.
- Inspect assigned areas regularly to maintain service level quality standards using computer-aided inspection systems.
- Direct, assign, supervise, and guide janitorial employees, promoting a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- CEF (Certified Facility Manager) certification or willingness to obtain.
- At least 2 years of experience in janitorial services, demonstrating knowledge of equipment and general cleaning processes.
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial or leadership role, with expertise in client management and contract negotiation.
