Pritchard Industries is looking to hire a Floor Technician
Responsibilities will include: - Sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing all hard floors and corridors - Stripping, sealing, and finishing floors and corridors - Maintaining restroom floors through stripping and sealing - Caring for carpets, which involves vacuuming, shampooing, extracting, and spot cleaning
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Must be able to carry, push and/or pull, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl.
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder.
- Ability to work in hot, cold, and/or damp environments.
- Reliable Transportation.
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS
- Janitor/Cleaning experience is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
