What your day will look like:

Your day usually starts around 9 AM at the first job. With a big smile and a clean uniform, you’ll greet the customer and introduce yourself — the beginning of the luxury service you’re about to deliver. By the end of the job, we want the customer to love you. This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people.

Before getting started, you’ll walk through the scope of the work and explain what to expect. You’ll also be trained to spot and explain any issues you notice with the customer’s windows — something they truly appreciate. It shows you’re not just there to clean, but to help.

This is satisfying, hands-on work with instant, visible results. Our customers typically get their windows cleaned once or twice a year, so when we show up, it’s a big deal. We treat this like a luxury service — because it is.

Once the job is done, you’ll perform a quality check, walk the customer through the finished work, leave a few business cards, thank them sincerely, and collect payment before heading to your next stop.

Most days wrap up by 5 PM — but if you finish early, you still get paid for the full work you completed.

One of the best parts of this job is seeing how happy customers are when they look through spotless windows. We’re not here to make a quick buck — we’re here to give people an experience they’ll remember and rave about. You’ll play a big role in that.

You’ll get your weekly schedule in advance, and you’ll always have full support from me (Darren), whether I’m there in person or just a call away.

Requirements:

• Extremely detail-oriented – we deliver spotless results. This is the highest quality needed. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile. Perfect for someone that genuinely loves to clean

• Customer focused - we have almost close to 300 five-star Google reviews. Our aim is to 100% satisfy our customers, which means we go above and beyond

• Reliable and presentable transportation and willing to use your own vehicle

• Physically fit and able to work on your feet, climb ladders (5ft ladders), and carry equipment throughout the day

• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather (heat, humidity)

• Personable and presentable – you’ll be representing the company in front of customers. In many ways, you will be the face of the company

• Trainable - be willing to take direction and instruction

• Punctual - we are very rarely late to an appointment. Its vital that you have the ability to work on your own in the field and manage your timing

• Able to pass a background check
