Life Insurance Specialist Agent

Job Description

As a Financial Services Agent (FSA) you will have an opportunity to develop your own life insurance and financial services business and build lasting relationships with Farmers Agents who partner with you to introduce life insurance and financial services options to current Farmers customers in their agencies.

Responsibilities

·       Engage with clients to assess their financial goals and needs.

·       Provide information on financial products and services offered by Farmers and its Partners

·       Guide clients through the application process and answer any questions they may have.

·       Develop strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

·       Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to offer informed advice.

·       Assist clients with account management to deliver excellent customer service. 

Requirements

·       At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience in the Life and Financial Services industry

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·       Ability to analyze information and provide financial advice

·       High level of integrity and professionalism

·       Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft office suite

·       Must have an active Life, Health and Accident license

·       Must pass a background check (background will cover Financial History, State, Federal, and Country Criminal History, Regulatory Actions)

·       Series 6/7 and 63 licenses preferred not required to onboard.
