Responsibilities
- Solicit new business through phone calls, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, present policies, and close sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and other referral sources.
- Stay current on new products and industry trends.
- Grow your sales revenue through phone, email, and client prospecting.
- Follow up on leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing efforts, and cold calling.
- Present and explain insurance options based on prospective clients' needs and goals.
- Provide clients with information about new products and services.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn and be coachable.
- Strong self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driven, goal-oriented, and results-focused.
- Property & Casualty license is preferred
- Life Insurance license is not required but must be willing to obtain
- Must be able to pass a background check.
