PriusKings, a leading national provider of top-quality, reliable hybrid battery replacements is seeking qualified contractor mobile installation technicians to join our rapidly expanding team.
Currently looking for mobile battery technicians in the Oklahoma City area.
As a 1099 independent contractor you will have the flexibility to set your own availability, with appointments being set around your schedule. The role consists of traveling in your own vehicle to customer’s homes, offices, or designated meeting locations, removing hybrid batteries and installing replacements, with most installations taking about an hour to an hour and a half. All necessary logistics handled by the company for seamless and convenient assignments. Perfect for someone that has previous vehicle mechanic knowledge to grow their skills and service offerings. New contractors will receive a comprehensive process orientation, which includes a walkthrough of the steps involved in the installation and practical tips for ensuring quality results. Supplemental knowledge sharing resources available.
Pay is flat rate per installation plus roundtrip mileage, paid weekly, plus monetary incentive for 4 and 5-star reviews. In addition to installations, contractors can earn additional compensation for performing basic maintenance services on hybrid vehicles, which customers may choose as an add-on.
We’d love to meet you and discuss the position if you are a match for the following:
· Valid driver’s license and any necessary authorizations to work mobile service jobs in your state
· Able to supply your own hand tools (list will be provided)
· Previous vehicle mechanic and diagnostic knowledge preferred
· Toyota Techstream software a plus
· Willing to travel in your own vehicle to various customer locations, possibly including longer distances – we prioritize flexibility and will work with you to define acceptable travel distances
· Physically able to lift 100 lbs. unassisted
· Able and willing to provide courteous and friendly customer service, ensuring a positive experience for customers
