Privá MedSpa, a leading provider of luxurious medical spa services, is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth at both our Oxford and Fairfield locations.
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in building our brand, enhancing our online presence, and engaging with clients to ensure Privá MedSpa continues to deliver unparalleled experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
- Create and implement multi-channel marketing plans to drive client acquisition and retention.
- Content Creation:
- Design and oversee the production of high-quality content, including social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow Privá MedSpa’s presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, ensuring consistent branding and messaging. Optimize website content for SEO and collaborate with web developers to maintain a user-friendly online experience. Plan and execute events, such as open houses, educational seminars, and promotional campaigns, to engage clients and showcase our services. Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Work closely with the management team and providers to align marketing efforts with business goals and identify new growth opportunities.

Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media scheduling tools, and email marketing software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding.
Knowledge:
- Familiarity with aesthetics procedures and trends in the med spa industry is highly desirable.
