Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Onboarding Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new advisors and their staff, from commitment through affiliation. Acts as project manager to coordinate and lead advisors through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition to the Firm. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Duties
- Oversee the entire client onboarding process, ensuring timely and effective integration to the PCS platform.
- Consult with prospects to gather information about their book of business, office staff, etc.
- Manage and facilitate home office prospect visits to include preparing the agenda, travel itineraries (flights, cars), meetings, attendees, lunch, dinner, conference rooms (reserving, room set-up, name tents, technology, etc.)
- Responsible for managing and providing guidance in the development and direction of the Insurance Registration Coordinator.
- Create/modify/maintain various versions of marketing material for department (e.g., logos, fee schedules, questionnaires, pricing grids, profile pages, etc.)
- Create/modify/maintain online templates for electronic processing of internal documents (Rep questionnaires, Rep Contracts, Registration Packets, etc.)
- Foster strong employee relations throughout the onboarding process, addressing any concerns or questions that arise.
- Keep all departments apprised of active onboarding initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in client onboarding or a similar role, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve common goals.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or experience in lieu of formal education.
- Proven effective management experience 3-5 years.
- Series 7 and 66 licensing preferred.
- Operational industry knowledge of registration/licensing.
- Understanding of heavily utilized industry technologies like Salesforce, Basecamp, Laser App, Albridge/PershingX, Docupace, etc.
- Project Management experience helpful.
