Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Sales Manager
- Responsible for the success and profitability of vehicle sales, sales team management and more.
- Hire, train and manage a high-performance sales team
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during and after the sale
- Drive sales and produce results
- Desk deals
- Manage used car inventory levels and days in stock
- Appraise and buy cars
- Purchase used cars
- Manage certified pre-owned program
- Work with Parts & Service Director to shepherd used cars through reconditioning
- Coordinate sales of all wholesale vehicles
- Order new vehicles
- Monitor contracts in transit lists
- Required: Auto Sales Manager experience with strong leadership, sales management, and closing skills
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service before, during and after the sale
- Energetic and enthusiastic, team builder
- Outgoing with excellent communication, presentation and social media skills
- A strong work ethic and self-motivated to succeed
- Proficient in computing and quoting sales price
- Understands dealership operations including all aspects of sales and finance
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Valid driver's license and insurance
