Position Overview:
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the indoor amusement park, driving strategic direction and operational success. We seek a hands-on leader passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences, boosting revenue, and maintaining excellence in operations. This role requires flexibility, including working some weekends and evenings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable guest experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue, increase attendance, and improve profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, cultivating a positive, high-performance culture.
- Oversee budgets, financial performance, and cost controls to meet targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health codes, and company policies.
- Partner with marketing to create promotions, events, and initiatives that attract visitors.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and community stakeholders.

Qualifications:
