Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service.
- Take and prepare customer orders.
- Maintain food quality and ensure health and sanitation guidelines are followed.
- Manage food costs, labor costs, profit and loss.
- Hire and terminate employees.
- Develop and mentor team members.
- Resolve conflicts quickly and respectfully.
- Maintain relationships with vendors.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Handle all equipment, pans, pots, and navigate shelving.
- Perform data entry and use Excel.
- Lift 40 lbs.
- Works 45-50 hours per week and maintain mobility during shifts.
Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience leading a team of 8 employees.
- Experience maintaining vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in Excel and data entry.
- Strong reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Positive attitude, sense of urgency, and hands-on approach.
- Commitment to high standards and self-improvement.
