VDC / CAD Detailer
Description :
In this position, you will use software such as Revit to aid the VDC team in various phases of the coordination and installation process. You will also be responsible for traveling to job sites and operating a 3D scanner to capture existing conditions. Training on software and hardware usage will be provided as you develop your VDC skillset and become a valuable member of our team. The Junior Specialist will report directly to the VDC Manager.
Qualifications :
- 1-3 years experience modeling with construction / engineering design software (Autodesk products preferred)
- Must have knowledge of general workflow in the commercial building construction process
- Must be willing to travel frequently to active job sites
- HVAC or Plumbing experience preferred
