Job Description:We are seeking a talented, patient-centered Orthodontist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing a wide range of orthodontic services to both children and adults. You will work alongside our experienced staff in a modern, fully equipped practice, helping patients achieve healthier, more confident smiles.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat patients with orthodontic issues, including alignment problems, jaw issues, and bite misalignments.
- Create customized treatment plans using braces, clear aligners, retainers, and other orthodontic appliances.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team of dental professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Build strong relationships with patients, addressing their concerns and explaining treatment options clearly and effectively.
- Maintain patient records, including treatment progress and any necessary adjustments.
- Stay current on new orthodontic techniques, technology, and industry trends to provide the best possible care.
- Provide patient education on proper oral hygiene and care during orthodontic treatment.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure efficient office operation and growth.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Board Certification or eligibility in Orthodontics.
- Valid state license to practice orthodontics in Colorado.
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with digital orthodontic systems and clear aligner treatments is a plus.
- Ability to work well within a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
