As we continue to grow, we’re looking to add a skilled and compassionate Orthodontist to join our collaborative team of dental professionals which includes general dentistry, periodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery

Job Description:We are seeking a talented, patient-centered Orthodontist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing a wide range of orthodontic services to both children and adults. You will work alongside our experienced staff in a modern, fully equipped practice, helping patients achieve healthier, more confident smiles.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat patients with orthodontic issues, including alignment problems, jaw issues, and bite misalignments.
• Create customized treatment plans using braces, clear aligners, retainers, and other orthodontic appliances.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team of dental professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Build strong relationships with patients, addressing their concerns and explaining treatment options clearly and effectively.
• Maintain patient records, including treatment progress and any necessary adjustments.
• Stay current on new orthodontic techniques, technology, and industry trends to provide the best possible care.
• Provide patient education on proper oral hygiene and care during orthodontic treatment.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure efficient office operation and growth.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Board Certification or eligibility in Orthodontics.
• Valid state license to practice orthodontics in Colorado.
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on quality patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with digital orthodontic systems and clear aligner treatments is a plus.
• Ability to work well within a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in orthodontics.
