Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Go High Level (GHL) Expert to manage and optimize our CRM systems, API integrations, web platforms, and marketing automation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM management, API integration, SEO, and sales funnel development, with a bonus for media buying and email deployment experience.
Key Responsibilities :
API Integration : Connect social media platforms and other business tools with GHL using APIs.
CRM Management : Oversee and manage Quantum Core and GHL CRMs, ensuring seamless data flow and client management.
Web Design & Management : Build and manage websites using GHL, ensuring fast turnaround (2-3 business days) and high-quality outputs.
SEO Optimization : Implement SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and performance.
Sales Funnel Development : Design, build, and optimize sales funnels integrated with GHL to maximize conversions.
Email & SMS Marketing : Manage and integrate marketing campaigns with GHL, focusing on effective communication and lead nurturing.
WordPress Management : Handle WP sites, including the integration of the Pixelcut module plugin for Google Analytics.
Zapier Automation : Create and manage automation workflows to streamline business processes.
Platform Partnerships : Collaborate with companies and manage partnerships to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in Go High Level (GHL) management.
Strong expertise in API integration and automation tools like Zapier.
Proven experience with SEO strategies.
Proficiency in WordPress management and plugin integration.
Solid understanding of CRM systems, particularly Quantum Core and GHL.
Experience in web design and management, with quick project turnaround.
Knowledge of sales funnel creation and optimization.
Strong skills in email and SMS marketing integration with GHL.
Nice-to-Have Skills :
Media buying experience.
Email deployment experience, particularly within the US market.
Familiarity with AI tools such as Perplexity and DeepSeek.
