With several new acquisitions each year, this dynamic organization offers significant opportunities for professional growth. Due to ongoing growth, our client is adding two Financial Analysts to their team. These visible roles report directly to the FP&A Manager and will frequently interact with the CFO and private equity backers.
Position Overview
The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the company’s financial planning and analysis functions. This position involves creating and maintaining complex financial models for budgeting and forecasting, managing ongoing special projects, and analyzing the financial performance of multiple entities.
The successful candidate will be integral in driving insights, ensuring financial accuracy, and contributing to strategic decisions. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential to clearly explain the financial status and forecasts of the organization. This position requires up to 25% domestic travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgets, forecasts, and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, including the CFO, to provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations.
- Partner with the FP&A Manager on special projects to support the company’s growth and acquisition strategy.
- Analyze financial data across multiple entities and effectively present findings to stakeholders.
- Utilize advanced Excel tools, including Macros, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUPs, to streamline and enhance reporting processes.
- Contribute to data visualization and reporting initiatives using Power BI (preferred).
- Ensure financial accuracy and maintain compliance with organizational and industry standards.

This is a fully in-office position based in Northwest Houston. Candidates must be comfortable working on-site 5 days a week and engaging with team members across all levels of the organization.
