1. Overall Ownership of Private Funds:
- Lead and manage financial reporting processes, year-end audits, and quarterly reporting for all private funds.
- Ensure that all financial documentation is maintained with the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
2. Investor Relations:
- Collaborate with the Investor Product Team to prepare and deliver quarterly investor letters.
- Ensure that all communications are timely, accurate, and meet the expectations of investors.
3. Team Management:
- Oversee the internal operations and finance team, ensuring effective performance and professional growth.
- Manage relationships with third-party administrators to ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting.
4. Fund Review and Compliance:
- Conduct detailed reviews of funds across various jurisdictions.
- Work closely with Tax and Compliance teams to address any tax implications and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
5. Capital and Fees Oversight:
- Oversee reviews of capital allocation, incentive fees, and Net Asset Value (NAV).
- Validate the accuracy and completeness of the NAV package.
6. Expense Management:
- Supervise, review, and approve all fund-related expenses and invoices.
- Maintain financial integrity and accountability in expense management.
7. Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with the executive team to identify and enhance current processes and systems.
- Drive operational efficiency within the fund management area.
8. Stakeholder Engagement:
