The Associate will work closely with the Investor Relations team to support communication and engagement efforts with existing clients, consultants, and prospective investors. This includes managing RFP and RFI processes, preparing investor-specific materials, and responding to client and consultant inquiries. The role requires strong collaboration across departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with investors and consultants, serving as a key point of contact for information requests.
- Provide ongoing client support, including drafting responses to inquiries and creating custom presentations.
- Assist in the completion of due diligence materials such as DDQs, RFPs, and RFIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Fund Administration, Operations, Investments, Legal, and Compliance, to fulfill deliverables.
- Gain a broad understanding of the firm’s investment products and data resources, with an opportunity to develop specialized expertise over time.
- Support the execution of key investor events, including annual and advisory meetings.
- Contribute to various initiatives that enhance investor relations and communication strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4 years of relevant experience in asset management, with at least 1-2 years in private equity preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and interpersonal, to engage with senior executives and institutional investors.
- Solid understanding of macroeconomics, financial markets, and alternative investments.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
