Our company is seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Real Estate 1031 Exchange Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors to the officeAnswer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or personSchedule appointments and maintain calendarsManage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributingMaintain office supplies and equipmentAssist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filingProvide support to the Real Estate 1031 Exchange team as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of real estate or 1031 exchange transactions preferred but not required
