What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Private Exchange Group?
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team.
We facilitate 1031 exchanges for real estate investors. When a real estate investor follows the 1031 exchange rules, they are allowed to sell and buy real estate assets without having to pay capital gains and depreciation taxes from the transactions. One of the rules is that they must hire a Qualified Intermediary like us to facilitate the transactions and process for them.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Return client and coordinator calls
- Draft correspondences
- Plan and schedule appointments and training classes
- Greet and assist clients
- Implement and Develop organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Conscientious, Can-Do attitude
- Previous experience in title closing/processing or office administration
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Prefer Title processing experience
- Spanish language is a plus
Position starts as a 1099 initially as a probation period, full time once established.
