Our office is a single-family office dedicated to managing the wealth and financial affairs of our high net worth family. We are committed to providing exceptional service and tailored financial solutions to ensure the continued growth and preservation of our family's assets. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented bookkeeper.
Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Monitor cash flow and manage expenses
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information
- Assist with audits and tax filings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting is required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
